I am a Master Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with more than 20 years of experience helping senior executives, entrepreneurs, emerging CEOs, and high-potential leaders elevate their leadership impact. Through InLight Coaching, I partner with leaders who are ready to move from high performance to sustainable excellence.
