What The InLight Companion is:
It's a private companion which takes advantage of my many years of coaching, was built to my specifications, and is available to my clients between our sessions. It speaks in the rhythm of our work together:
It talks you through what's arising — it listens to concerns and identifies potential rough spots by noticing nuances and what you express, for example by picking up on words and language such as "I should" and "I'm afraid" and walking with you through a reframing of it — by asking and identifying, never by telling.
It marks your pause moments — every time you catch yourself choosing instead of just reacting, one tap records it. That is movement, and we celebrate it.
The Space of Choice — sixty guided seconds before the conversation you're bracing for: breathe, locate it, name it, remember what you know to be true, choose.
Your daily check-in — the three questions you and I authored continues the momentum you've already started.
Your journey, visible — the beliefs you've dismantled, the ground you've taken -- all identified, week by week.
What The InLight Companion is not:
It is not me — and it will always tell you so. It is not therapy, and it is not for crisis moments; if it ever senses that you're taking it out of its depth as a coaching AI or with some issue it wasn't designed to deal with, it will pause, point you to proper support, and let me know you need me.
Honest by design
The companion is AI-assisted and coach-centered: technology carries my method, but every serious moment routes back to a human — to me. Your conversations are encrypted, stored only within my practice, never used to train anything, and deleted whenever you ask.
Access is personal: I provide each client their own private link to me as part of our coaching engagement.
